Lahore Smart City is the 2nd Smart City in Pakistan, which also provides smart features. It is aimed to become a role model housing society in contemporary housing projects. The society is designed on the model of urban management.


This society is developed by Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Limited and Future Development Holding Pvt. Ltd. Lahore Smart City master plan is designed by an international Singaporean company, Surbana Jurong (SJ). This housing project will be developed on a total land of 20,000 Kanal to provide residential and commercial plots.


The location of this society is on Lahore-By-Pass next to Lahore-Sialkot Motorways. Most Importantly, its NOC was approved by Lahore Development Authority in February 2021.

The location of this housing society is the most premium in Lahore City. It is located on the Lahore-By-Pass. Therefore, it can easily be accessed from all sides. This housing society offers two types of plots in different sizes. It offers residential plots in 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla, and 1 Kanal size and commercial plots in 4 Marla and 8 Marla. The management of the society has also announced the payment plan of plots available for sale. Residential plots of 5 Marla have Rs 2,685,000 prices that can be booked with a 10% down payment. Commercial plots for sale include 4 Marla in 8,950,000 and 8 Marla in Rs 17,450,000.
